R.O.C.c.K. Children's Choir choreographer Charlotte Labuda first drew this logo for the A Way With Words Foundation, Inc. (AWWWF) in 1999 based on a rough sketch created by Brenda Rider and Janeen Williams on the back of a restaurant placemat during a brainstorming lunch. The logo has since appeared on all material published by the Foundation, including the new LIFE MAXX™ comic book. The logo represents the many ways the A Way With Words Foundation, Inc. provides a means to express cancer struggle and survival. It began with song writer and poet Brenda M. Rider's encounter with cancer and her reaching out to fellow patients and their support networks of families and friends. The logo symbolizes the beginning, present, and future of the Foundation goals and projects. |

Rider writes poetry and lyrics and songs. She composes the musical scores for the titles sung by the R.O.C.c.K. Children's Choir. Brenda donates her works to the Foundation as part of her cancer survival and to share with others in their struggles and triumphs.
