The Purpose of Events
The A Way With Words Foundation (AWWWF) raises money for cancer survivor support and cancer research through many diverse, entertaining events. The first Charity Golf Scramble was such a success that the golf tournament is now a regular fundraising activity of the Foundation.

From the beginning days of the creation of the Foundation, celebrities have been major supporters of the goals of the founders. Athletes from football, baseball, basketball, hockey, and auto racing, including NASCAR, are often a feature of AWWWF events in part because they have as much fun raising money for cancer survivors and cancer research as the crowds that attend the events.

Whether you participate in an auction, friendly golf competition, car show, R.O.C.c.K. Children's Choir concert, book signing, or a special shopping adventure, you are likely to enjoy yourself and be surprised in some way that is delightful as well as personally satisfying.

This coming weekend you can see the R.O.C.c.K. Children's Choir open the racing season at the Sharon Speedway!

The Communicator Dinner R.O.C.c.K. Children's Choir performance of a brand-new song just for John and Denise York to honor them for their support, was just AWESOME!!!

The rumors were true!!! Life Maxx™ was there at the Pancake and Sausage Breakfast for the A Way With Words Foundation and the R.O.c.C.K. Children's Choir. On Saturday, March 15, 2008, the real flesh-and-blood super hero Life Maxx™ appeared in public FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME. Read more details in the event report.
