Brenda Rider received the Dream Maker for Area Youth Award, a Martin Luther King Strength and Love Award. Award was presented by Youngstown Mayor Jay Williams during a Youngstown Symphony concert and ceremony celebrating King's life. Award recognizes the accomplishments of Brenda and the R.O.C.c.K. Children's Choir for local young people.
